1. No Returns
All food products, including A2 Ghee, are non-returnable once delivered.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video and images as proof
3. Replacement / Refund
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of product, or
- Refund to original payment method
4. Conditions
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
